Supporting Queen Mary's

As we approach 100 Years of Queen Mary's we are reminded that as part of the Woodard Corporation, the school was founded on principles of philanthropy in 1925 on the vision of Canon Nathaniel Woodard to provide a high quality education in an actively Christian school environment. Throughout the years many generous supporters have enabled Queen Mary's to grow and develop as well as enabling life changing opportunities through the bursary programme.

Recent generations of pupils have benefitted from the historic generosity and charitable commitment of others to develop the facilities of the school and we hope that our community will help us to pay that altruism forward, and support projects for current and future generations.

There are many ways to support Queen Mary's from making a donation to the Head's Annual Fund or the Changing Lives Fund, setting up a direct debit, leaving a legacy or purchasing the Baldersby Park book. As an example, if every parent in the school gave £50 every month for a year then we would be able to support a gifted pupil without the financial means to attend Queen Mary's with a fully funded bursary place for 5 years.

A warm welcome always awaits Alumnae, Parents , Former Parents and Friends of Queen Mary's with reunions, parties, the annual Carol Service at Ripon Cathedral to name but a few. Thank you for any support that you can offer and we look forward to welcoming you to Queen Mary's soon.
